COMPUTER SYSTEM
The Firm is equipped with an up-to date computer server system and a computerization process which shall enables the total automation of conveyancing, litigation and corporate commercial files from the stage of opening of the files to closing of the same.
Our computer server system has adequate features to minimize the time required to produce legal documentation, enables the automatic prompting of all stages of the legal procedures for conveyancing, litigation and corporate commercial matters.
Our computer server system also enables the most current status of files to be known to the clients or the officers of the Bank directly from their respective computer without the need of having to revert to the physical files.
Our computer server system further provides for an automatic keep in view (KIV) system of the files which shall assist in the generation of relevant status reports on the loan/security documentation as may be required by the Bank or corporate clients.
